HOW A GERMAN WHEEL TRAINING IS STRUCTURED:


Workouts include warm-up, stretching and strengthening, dance technique, and wheeling. At each workout you learn 1 or 2 tricks on the wheel (depending on individual ability). Once a few tricks are completed, the wheeler combines them into a routine. Finally he is ready to learn the choreography.

The wheel routines we teach are straight line and spirals. The vault discipline is not included because there is more chance of injury.

 

EQUIPMENT:


- flat shoes with laces and no platform
- fit clothing (we advice leggins)
- gym gloves

 

WHERE ARE THE TRAININGS?

Trainings are in OŠ Anton Ukmar, adress: Pot v Gaj 2, 6000 Koper.

PRICE LIST (for once a week 120 minutes):

Upon enrolment, you must sign a declaration of affiliation and pay the enrolment fee.

 

The monthly fee must be paid no later than the 10th of the month for the current month. It can be paid in person - to the coach, or to the club's transaction account. If the trainee is absent (proof is required) due to illness, injury or similar for more than half of the training sessions in a month, the amount of the training fee will be reduced by half by agreement.

* The yearly subscription applies to training session from the beginning of September to the end of June. There are no trainings during school break, as the coaches are in also taking classes. Summer classes are also available for members, under the guidance of experienced coaches from abroad.

 

Members can use the vouchers for sports equipment in our shop.

1 month membership: 69 €
